Multi Functions, High Precision

Paper Feeding Unit

Roller-type leading-edge paper feed mechanism, multi-wheel, multi-point suction feeding, provides high friction, high speed, and smooth, accurate paper feeding.

◆ Suction air volume is adjusted by frequency conversion, and air pressure can be adjusted according to cardboard size, enhancing transmission stability and accuracy for thin and warped cardboard.

◆ Dual-roller feed structure: One set of feed rollers utilizes a pneumatic elastic feed roller, which does not damage the strength of the corrugated cardboard. A cleaning brush removes surface debris, while a high-pressure fan removes impurities from the cardboard surface, improving print quality.

◆ The left and right baffles and rear baffle are electrically adjustable, while the front baffle gap is manually adjusted. The side baffles are equipped with a pneumatic alignment device for more accurate horizontal cardboard positioning. ◆ A 10.4-inch color touchscreen controls the paper feed, printing, slotting, and die-cutting sections, with one-time reset, order storage, memory positioning, cruise control at 60, 80, 100, and 120 mph, infrared photoelectric counting, and preset order quantities.

◆ The main machine utilizes variable frequency control for smooth startup and operation, saving 30% energy.

Paper Feeding Unit

Printing Unit

The printing roller and drive shaft are made of high-quality steel, computer-controlled dynamically balanced to eliminate centrifugal forces, ground, and hard-chrome plated.

◆ The printing roller features a plate-hanging mechanism, a ratchet-mounted plate reel, a full-plate hanging slot, and a foot-operated forward and reverse control for quick and easy plate loading and unloading.

◆ Rubber roller ink distribution system: The steel tube is coated with wear-resistant rubber and features a medium-high-grade special grind for excellent ink transfer (an optional dual-squeegee ink distribution system offers even better dot printing results). Each unit is equipped with a computer-controlled low-ink alarm system.

◆ The inking anilox roller is manufactured by Jiangsu Haili, featuring a ground surface, an embossed anilox pattern, and hard-chrome plated. (Optional ceramic anilox roller and screen mesh available in 300-600 mm)

◆ Printing phase and axial adjustment: The phase utilizes a planetary gear mechanism, PLC touchscreen control, and electric digital 360-degree adjustment (adjustable both when the machine is stopped and started). A phase lock device and electromagnetic clutch brake ensure that the printing phase does not shift during machine movement. The axial and transverse movement of the printing roller utilizes a PLC touchscreen and electric digital adjustment, with a total adjustment range of 10mm (computer-controlled limit).

◆ The gap between the ink setter, the printing roller, and the paper guide roller is adjusted using a two-stage turbine box. The dial displays the value (0-10mm), making adjustment easy and self-locking. (For stacked printing: gap adjustment is PLC-controlled).

◆ Plate reset function: The computer memorizes the printing position and automatically resets the plate after wiping. ◆ The anilox roller utilizes a pneumatic lifting mechanism in conjunction with the paper feed system. (During paper feed, the anilox roller lowers sequentially to prevent the printing plate from being dipped in ink multiple times. When paper feed stops, the roller is lifted sequentially, using a computer-set timer.)

◆ An ink-out alarm monitors the ink supply system's operating status in real time.

◆ The entire machine's gears are forged from 40Cr, subjected to high-frequency annealing treatment, and ground. Spray-type automatic lubrication is used, significantly improving operating accuracy and service life.

◆ Keyless connections are used throughout the entire machine's transmission components (shaft and gear connections), eliminating backlash and enabling long-term, high-speed operation under high torque.

◆ The upper crimping roller is coated with polyurethane to prevent damage to the cardboard.

◆ Single-axis dual-knife slotting, with PLC and digital electric adjustment for box height adjustment, controlled by touchscreen.

◆ The slotting phase is adjusted using a PLC touchscreen and can be adjusted both while the machine is stopped and running.

◆ The lateral movement of the slotting blade holder and crimping roller is synchronously electric-adjusted. Directly input carton dimensions via the PLC touchscreen for automatic adjustment.

◆ Self-locking mechanism for adjusting the crimping gap and blade shaft clearance.

◆ Electronic anti-collision protection for each slotting toolholder during transverse movement.

◆ 7mm wide slotting blades, made of heat-treated, ground alloy, feature a toothed slotting blade and a double-blade trimming blade for sharp cutting edges and high precision.

◆ Optional: Patented "Slotting Revolution" technology improves slotting accuracy, eliminates burrs, and minimizes corner picks, delivering results comparable to die-cutting.

◆ Rubber roller cutting and repair mechanism allows for multiple reuse of the rubber pads, significantly reducing operating costs.

◆ Differential speed compensation automatically adjusts the speed of the rubber pad roller to ensure that the die-cut carton is perfectly aligned with the die die shape.

◆ The rubber pad roller features a mechanical ±30mm lateral displacement, extending the service life of the die-cutting rubber pads.

◆ This unit is driven by independent servo synchronization to eliminate cumulative errors and can be consistent with paper feeding and printing according to the die-cutting speed range.
