Machine Features

High-quality materials are used, with drive rollers made of high-quality steel, hard chrome-plated, and surface-ground.
Drive gears are forged from 20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel, carburized, and ground to a Rockwell hardness of HRC > 60°.
The gap adjustment for the drive rollers, embossing roller, rubber roller, and anilox roller is electrically controlled.
Automatic zeroing and reset are provided.
An independent computer control console allows for the storage of frequently used orders, enabling quick order changes and convenient operation.
